Bèl Nègès Dressings & Sauces began with one simple mission: to bring the bold, vibrant, soulful taste of Haiti to every table.

As a Haitian woman, I grew up surrounded by flavors that told stories – stories of family, resilience, Sunday gatherings, laughter in the kitchen, and traditions passed from one generation to the next. Every sauce had a meaning. Every spice had a history. And every dish carried love.

When I moved abroad, I realized something was missing:

the true taste of home.

Not just food – but the feeling.

So I started creating my own dressings and sauces from scratch, using the same fresh herbs, zesty peppers, citrus, and island spices I learned to mix in Haiti. Friends and family couldn’t stop asking for more. They felt the warmth. They tasted the authenticity. And they encouraged me to share it with the world.

That’s how Bèl Nègès was born —

a celebration of Haitian women’s beauty, strength, and creativity.
